Be sure to spell your address correctly! If the address is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping charges ($12) a 2nd time.
The delivery times and costs will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order. The selected carrier transit times will be displayed prior to checkout and an estimated delivery date will appear for an order placed on that day. Please note our distribution center is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm excluding national holidays. Any order placed outside of those business hours will be processed the following business day. Although we try to process every order the same day it may take an additional 24-48hrs to process your order during peak periods.
We are not responsible for additional delays that may be caused by our carriers’ potential strikes or grievances that may interrupt their services. Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed once payment is received. All United States and international orders are shipped from our distribution center located in Montreal, QC. Orders shipped using the standard shipping option will typically arrive in four (4) to five (5) business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for shipments to remote locations. Expedited shipping options are not available for all locations.
